okay, a setback on teh weight loss thing. baloneyman sabotaged me with the 'barn people party'. more "video" of that forthcoming. to say the least, my evil nemesis had a party with wicked good food (complete with take home bags), good fun, and my favorite beer of the winter (Sam Adams Winter Lager*). Mmmmmmmmm. I have been afraid to get on the scale.
My new turbo trainer came in and i've done some good time the last three days due to being snowed in. Damn snow stopped me from my annual, "Shortest day of the year ride". Roads are crap. and riding 40 miles tonight, just not gonna happen.
